The Controller is responsible for leading the Financial and Risk Management functions to ensure proper accounting and reporting of all company assets, liabilities, equity, revenue, and expenditures, while safeguarding company assets. This role is accountable for the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
· 5+ years experience leading finance, risk management functions; must have payroll experience
· 2+ years of prior supervisory experience
· Prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite; advanced knowledge of Excel preferred
· Experience using, ADP or similar systems preferred
